Vendel Systems ("we") operates the WooCommerce CSV Exporter plugin and its licensing service at woe.vendelsystems.com.

For premium subscriptions ($5/month), we collect:

• Stripe Customer ID: A unique identifier for billing, processed via Stripe.
• Subscription ID: To track your subscription status.
• License Key: A generated key stored in our database to activate premium features.

We do not collect or store payment details (e.g., credit card numbers). All payments are handled securely by Stripe.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Activate and manage your premium subscription.
• Provide access to scheduled exports.
• Update license status (e.g., on cancellation).

Data Sharing

We share your Customer ID and Subscription ID with Stripe for billing purposes. No other third parties receive your data.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you can:

• Access your data via Stripe’s Customer Portal (linked in the plugin).
• Cancel your subscription, which deactivates your license.
